Today’s Workout

  1. Quick Start Shawn Johnson – Stretch Guide: 15 min. (Begin at homepage and click Quick Start Stretch Guide)
  2. Cardio Surge: 45 min. (Begin at homepage and click Get Workout > Get Lean > Beginner > Cardio Surge)
  3. 300 crunches (not in the NTC app — you MAY take a break before doing these and can be done anytime of the day.

REMEMBER:

  • Drink water and all natural juice or smoothies!  Refer to my previous posts on how to prepare tasty, yet healthy treats.
  • Eat 5-6 clean meals a day. (2 are small snacks)
